Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills Respond to inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Provide services such as facility booking, taxi booking, handling couriers, transportation options, and any additional requests upon demand Handle calls and receiving of parcels Maintain a safe and secure environment Ensure that the reception area is always kept tidy Other duties as assigned Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays Willing to work at various locations
