CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICERResponsibilities:- Performs opening of front desk activities. - Receive members / guests at the counter.
- Check the member\'s membership card and NRIC.
- Receive / transfer calls and call back.
- Take booking / reservation of sport facilities (for selected facilities only).
- Process payments such as application / renewal of membership, courses and activities.
- Make necessary announcement over the public announcement system.
- Handle members\' / guests\' enquiries and feedback over the counter.
- Collate and compile the Summary of Revenue Collection at Front Desk.
- Settle and deposit the revenue collection.
- Check and balance Membership Gifts and Rewards Programme inventory for the day.
- Perform closing checks.Requirements:
