The successful candidate will be part of SIA\'s Sales & Marketing Division. Key Responsibilities include:
Attend to walk-in customers and perform frontline services at the Service Centre located in ION Orchard. These include:
Attending to general enquiries
Providing reservations and ticketing services (e.g. making or changing flight bookings, issuing/reissuing tickets, processing refunds)
Handling membership related transactions
Assist in backroom administrative functions and other ad-hoc duties if necessary He/She will be rostered for shifts within the daily operating hours of 8.30am and 6pm, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotational basis
Requirements
Minimum of NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent
Work experience in the airline/travel industry or customer services, with knowledge of airline tariffs and ticketing will be an added advantage.
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
Possess good verbal and written communication skills and customer service attributes
A team player and a quick learner
Able to adapt quickly in response to changes and have the ability to handle work stress
Training in essential customer service, transactional skills and systems will be provided
