Customer Service Officer, Social Media

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend to general utilities and account-related enquiries via customer channels in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and respond to customers inquiries and comments on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook)
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, comments and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 1 year contract
- Kallang Sector
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
- Alternate Saturday, 8am to 1pm
- up to $2800 + bonus
- Minimum Diploma holder with proven experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or digital environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of social media management tools is a plus
