Customer Service Officer

Working Days & Hours: 5 days (included weekend)

\xe2\x97\x8f Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour\'s meal break)

\xe2\x97\x8f Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour\'s meal break)

\xe2\x97\x8f 1 weekday off; 1 rest day

\xe2\x97\x8f +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Working Location: Ang Mo Kio, Parkway Parade and Punggol Plaza (currently need to fill up these 3 Centre)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

\xe2\x97\x8f Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers

\xe2\x97\x8f Promote programs to potential and existing customers

\xe2\x97\x8f Build relationships with our customers

\xe2\x97\x8f Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly

\xe2\x97\x8f Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

\xe2\x97\x8f Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for center\'s inventory and simple logistics

\xe2\x97\x8f Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents

Job Requirements

\xe2\x97\x8f Possess at least 2 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings

\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets)
