DESCRIPTION

Salary up to $3200

Working Days: Mon to Fri, 830am to 6pm

Location: Changi South

JOB SCOPE

• Perform sales order entry, work order and invoicing
• Schedule work order planning for production jobs
• Handle ad-hoc requests and provide customer support
• Assist sales team to investigate and resolve non-comforming incidents, defect replacement
• Plan purchase stock according to sales forecast
• Maintain inventory accuracy, plan and prepare inventory aging report
• Coordinate with forwarders, transporter and warehouse for all shipment arrangements, deliveries, import and export on permit declaration etc
• Follow up customers and suppliers invoice payment with necessary documents as per established schedule
• Additional functions as mandated by Management

REQUIREMENT

• Experience in import and export shipment is advantageous
