Attending to course enquiries . Following up with customers and liaising with teachers on course bookings and scheduling course coordination . Updating students' records and data base . Processing enrolments, changes and terminations of students . Tracking students' monthly payments . Issuance of payment reminders on outstanding payments . Providing sales support . Assisting in events organized by the Conservatory . Any other duties as assigned by the management
