Job Summary:

\xc2\xb7 Basic Salary: $ 2000 - $ 2600 (depends on relevant experience)

\xc2\xb7 Working Days: Monday to Friday

\xc2\xb7 Working Hours: 8.15am to 5:30pm

\xc2\xb7 Location: Jurong West

\xc2\xb7 Company Transport at Lakeside / Jurong East MRT

\xc2\xb7 Entitled to AWS + Performance Bonus + Quarterly Bonus + 15 days Annual Leave

\xc2\xb7 Reputable French MNC, Good Career Progression

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with customer, warehouse and forwarder in day to day operations

\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper keeping of cycle count sheet by respective CSE / CSO for audit trail purpose

\xc2\xb7 Responsible in reconciling all stock discrepancies

\xc2\xb7 Shipment booking and transport arrangement

\xc2\xb7 Experience in order processing

\xc2\xb7 Collate and compute the monthly KPI report

\xc2\xb7 Maintain inventory accuracy between us & customer\'s WMS system

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Candidate with no experience may apply as training will be provided

\xc2\xb7 Customer Service Orientated

\xc2\xb7 Product and System knowledge & MS Office Skills
