Adecco is partnering with one of Singapore\'s most established property companies, with an impressive portfolio of investment and development properties. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer/Executive to join their expanding team!

• You will manage the customer service counter in a shopping mall located at East/Central area
• Handle all shoppers and tenants\' enquiries and feedback
• Support Marketing Communication activities including but not limited to handling of promotional gift redemptions, bank rewards redemption, loyalty programme and events, and administrative duties
• Provide administrative support whenever necessary

The Talent

• Minimum GCE \'N/O\' level with at least 3 years\' relevant experience
• A pleasant personality with good spoken communication and customer service skills are essential
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Able to work shifts (no night shifts), weekends and public holidays
• Candidates with experience in shopping centres or service industry are encouraged to apply.
