Customer Service Officer(e Commerce)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take in all order from customers locally and overseas and process them before handling over the operations team
  • Ensure customer are constantly updated regarding their orders - progress or delivery status
  • Maintain a good relationship with courier to ensure smooth of delivery
  • Provide good service to new/existing customers to promote upline sales
  • Handle customers complain and ensure that all issues are addressed
  • Attend and resolve customers' enquiries
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as operations, sales team etc. for smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in any related discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English as you need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • At least have 1-2 year of working experience in e-commerce or related field
  • Have prior experience running online marketplaces
  • Proactive and able to learn new knowledge
  • Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem-solving skills
  • Singaporean are welcome
Job Type: PermanentSalary: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
