The Opportunity
Opportunity to work at MNC in the real estate industry
Immediate position - 6 months Contract, Renewable
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm
Up to $3000
The Talent:
Relevant Customer Support experience highly preferred
Meticulous, detail-oriented, well-groomed
Possess good verbal and written communication skills
Assist to follow up with Unit Checks in estate
Assist the main contractor on handover processes between homeowners as well as serve as a third party
Main point of contact/support for Residents regarding feedbacks/complains
Ensure homeowners/residents complains are met and resolved with the support of external parties
Main point of contact between external parties
