Job Description
Looking for Customer Service & Operations Assistant - Contract / Internship
Jobscope:
- Attending to customers at our showroom
- Packing of orders
- Unpacking cargo shipment
- Quality checks of clothing & stock count
- Processing of exchanges and returns
- Provide support for ad-hoc duties as assigned (such as assisting in livestreams)
Full Time (Contract) / Internship
Commitment Period (6-month)
- 6-month commitment: from mid Aug 2025 - mid Feb 2026
- 5 days a week (At least one weekend required during Nov - Feb period)
Requirement:
- Keen in fashion and willing to learn
- Independent, driven and sociable
- Keen on working in a quick pace / start-up environment
