Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and enquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.
- Follow up on clients\', help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes
- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement
- Perform other job duties as per requested
