My client, a renowned US MNC in the Oil & Gas industry hiring Customer Care Specialist to manage the end to end order management
Monday - Friday/8.30am - 5.30pm (Hybrid Working Arrangement)
Location: West - Pioneer
Salary: Up $4K
12 months contract
The Talent
Minimum: Diploma or Degree in any field
Min 2 years of experience in order processing / fulfilment role
Hands experience in ERP system such as SAP
MS Office and Excel proficiency (Vlookup, Pivot table)
Good communication, and able to work in fast paced environment
Manage end-to-end order management duties in SAP
responsible for assigned customer account on order fulfilment, not limited to creating order confirmation, invoices, review and monitor customer order backlog via the SAP system-4PL, etc.
Coordinate with plant planners and logistic team to know the order status and have the customer well-informed.
Follow up customer inquiries includes but not limited to lead time, price, order status, delivery tracking etc. Respond & resolve customer issues timely.
Deal with customer complain, routing the issues to proper support individuals or teams.
Be responsible for filing of all documents related to order processing, including PO, contract and any other supporting documents.
Any other ad-hoc task assigned
