Job Description

• German MNC / 5 days / Up to $4k
• Order Processing / shipment
• Perm role / hybrid working arrangement

• Prepare sales confirmations / proforma invoices for order confirmations and follow-up for acknowledgements
• Manage Sales enquiries and prepare quotations
• Issue purchase order to factory / supplier
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
• Checking shipping document such as AWB, permit and supplier documents
• Work with factories and logistics to support shipment plan
• Maintain customer / suppliers / part creation / price database information
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback
• Responsible for sourcing & negotiating
• Formulate and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Preparing weekly sales report, stock take report and monthly inventory reports
• Any other duties as delegated by the superior

Requirements:

• Independent, Good Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably in SAP B1 & MS Office applications
