Job Description



Job Responsibilities

  • Manages the supplier relationships with the local Customs Clearance LSP, Repacker (ZP) and Freight forwarders.
  • To support stock-at-risk identification and physical destruction of product following write-off.
  • To perform inventory reconciliation between GSK and 3PL SAP systems
  • Primary contact within the Commercial business for executing inventory allocations and communication of inventory availability dates
  • Coordination and execution of re-packing activities within the market to support the Commercial business.
  • Report to CS & L Lead on the end customer service level performance and cost effectiveness through the use of KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Ensure the integrity of Material Master and Customer data within the systems used within the CS&L functions, including set ups for New Product Introduction.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Supply Chain/ Logistics Service Operation, ideally in a Pharmaceutical
  • Experience of managing 3rd party logistics providers and contract negotiations
  • Able to manage relations with external parties (Government entities) and key internal StakeHolders - Director level min of Customer Service
  • Experience in operating within a GxP environment and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
