  • Supports Project Managers to co-ordinate all service aspects of a clinical trial project / study.
  • Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external to ensure all aspect of services are in accordance with clinical trial study requirements.
  • Coordinate shipment date and monitor shipment delivery to clients to ensure that activities come together in a timely manner to meet the client and study requirements.
  • Co-ordination of study returns request in accordance with project requirements.
  • Timely provision of reports and other information to clients as required.
  • Participation in cross functional business process improvement activities as required.
  • To ensure that all processes are performed in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standard.
  • Assist management in any other matters as required.
How will you get here? Education
  • Diploma in Scientific or health care discipline / Business Studies / Logistics
Experience
  • Experience in Logistics and Coordination
  • Demonstrated excellence and able to provide good Customer Service
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Computer literate; good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Good written and verbal skills;
  • Possess good organizational/prioritization skill;
  • Able to work with speed and be meticulous
  • Previous knowledge of warehousing and logistic work practices from the Pharmaceutical industry an advantage
