Industry: Automotive, Events Management Location: Jurong East area Skills: Customer Service, Reception Work Hours: Rotation work arrangement (Mon to Sun) Our client is an established Events Management Business catering to Global Businesses across a genre of sectors such as Automobile, Commercial, Concerts and Product Launches. We are assisting them with a huge Commercial Project engaged in the Automotive Industry as an Innovation / Inventive Centre in Singapore providing exploration and future science exhibition. This position will be working on rotational shift schedule from 9:00am to 8:00pm operating hours, open from Monday to Sunday with 2-rest days a week. Position Responsibilities:

• Will front the Information Counter at the Exhibit Centre, providing services assistance to walk-in and schedule customers.
• Will be handling phone and walk-in inquiries and assistance.
• Assist in promotional activities and programme events as scheduled within the exhibit.
• Will also perform other administrative functions.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum education, \xe2\x80\x9cGCE N\xe2\x80\x9d Levels education.
• Must be computer literate, using MS Office applications, Internet, Email.
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malay, Hindi etc.
• Will work on shift schedule, 5-days work week.
