Job Description
We're looking for highly skilled customer service representatives to join our team and manage inbound and outbound phone calls in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and solve any problems that arise as a result of our customer-first business mentality.REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication abilities
- With at least one year of voice account experience in the BPO industry
- Must be available to work in a customer service centric account
- Must be available to work on-site
- Must be willing to work a night-shift and possibly a changing schedule.
- Amenable to work anywhere between Makati City, Mandaluyong City, and Pasig City
- Day shift
- Flexible shift

- Performance bonus
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Required)
