The Customer Service Representative is a key social position on the marketing team for PaleoHacks.*******************************************
PaleoHacks is an online publishing company seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to provide excellent customer service to our customers on weekends and on holidays and weekdays. Your goal will be to effectively manage support volume to facilitate swift response times and allow for a seamless customer experience.
Candidates must work well as part of a team, take ownership of requested tasks and work diligently to ensure they are completed on time.
Candidates should be able to take direction and critical feedback well, and have exceptional attention to detail. Great positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Able to complete tasks accurately on schedule.
Candidates should also be capable in answering clients/customers queries, recommending solutions, and guiding them to what they need. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust. You should also be familiar with HelpScout and Agorapulse.The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.This person will:

  • Manage incoming/outgoing calls and customer emails
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Required Education:
  • University/college degree is an asset
Required Experience
  • Has 2-3 years of experience from the call center industry;
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent grasp of English grammar
  • Strong typing skills (at least 55 WPM)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 2 years of Customer Service

This is a Part-Time position to be paid hourly
Salary Range Php 26,000 - 35,000 (full-time)Work Schedule: 30 hours /weekly (with opportunity to increase hours)
M-F 2PM-8PM Mountain Time========================
