Hybrid Setup (WFH and ON-SITE [Minimum 4 days per MONTH]Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone
- Provide knowledgeable answers to the customer's questions and needs
- Pure Voice Customer Service role
- you'll be answering queries from the members of an Insurance Company regarding their Individual Insurance
- Addressing individual life insurance inquiries from the members, pure inbound
- Communicate using the English language to your customersQualifications:
- College graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum Call Center experience of 1 year (inbound)
- Maximum Call Center experience of 4 years (preferably healthcare insurance account)
- Maximum overall experience is 6 years
- Healthcare/insurance experience is preferred but not required
- With a minimum 35mbps internet speed
