We're Hiring.
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Ecommerce Team. Our Customer Service Representatives is an integral role in the operations of our Manila Office.
The details.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Review accounts with disputed items and exhaust recovery options to avoid taking financial losses
- Process disputed items according to the association and federal government guidelines
- Correspond with cardholders, merchants, and merchant banks as part of processing dispute cases
- Manage prepaid card negative balances, and minimize losses by utilizing chargebacks
- Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing customer, law enforcement, merchant, and bank requests
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department Management.
- At least 1 year BPO Experience with Ecommerce/Retail Background
- Average English communication skills
- Candidates must have a high level of analytical/critical thinking skills and keen attention to details
- Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
