Job Description

Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization's products or services.Qualifications:

  • College graduate, with or without BPO experience
  • Have an above average to excellent English communication skills
  • Have working knowledge on computers
  • Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Are willing to work in shifting schedule
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
