Provide customer support and handling all distribution logistics to both internal and external customers in the SEA region
Attend to customer orders, requests and complaints in a timely and prompt manner
Provide prompt updates and follow-ups through regular communication with the customers
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Process purchase orders to suppliers
Liaise with forwarders and supply chain partners to consolidation and coordinate smooth shipment till goods receipt
Work closely with relevant departments to manage local inventories and deliveries
Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Business or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service/ order fulfilment experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of Oracle will be an added advantage
