Customer Service Representative (logistics)

Job Description

- Provide customer support and handling all distribution logistics to both internal and external customers in the SEA region
- Attend to customer orders, requests and complaints in a timely and prompt manner
- Provide prompt updates and follow-ups through regular communication with the customers
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process purchase orders to suppliers
- Liaise with forwarders and supply chain partners to consolidation and coordinate smooth shipment till goods receipt
- Work closely with relevant departments to manage local inventories and deliveries
- Other relevant duties as required
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service/ order fulfilment experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of Oracle will be an added advantage
