Immediate Openings to Work from Home for a fast-growing healthcare organization!Convey Health Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Call Center Member Operations Team. We are recruiting talented individuals that are looking to join a fast-paced and exciting organization.Responsibilities:

• Update account information such as billing options and changes of address or phone numbers
• Educate members on how the supplemental benefit works, including benefit amounts, products available, and frequency of coverage.
• Identify member complaints and grievances and escalate according to client-specific procedures.
• Assist health plan members with inquiries related to their benefits and/or orders placed.
• Process requests for items received from health plan members via mail or phone call
• Look up over-the-counter medicines on the formulary to verify if they are offered, and if a drug is not offered provide an explanation as to why.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• 6 months of customer service experience is preferred
• Senior High school diploma or equivalent
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy industry experience a plus
• Good communications skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to multitask

Other Requirements:

• Willing to work on-site and in Mandaluyong City.
• Willing to work on night shift or other shifts as may be required.
• Must have valid NBI Clearance.

Job Type: Full-timePay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthBenefits:

• Paid training

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Senior High School (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
