Immediate resolution of day-to-day business and customer needs
Detail tracking of all orders and issues
Handling all aspects of customer services (handling potential claims, solving problems, helping with technical and commercial queries)
Order taking/order handling. Processing orders from A to Z (stock control, prices, order management, delivery follow-up, invoicing etc)
Arrange customer transportation (from Korea, Antwerp or Houston)
Payment/credit control
Office management
Additional duties and projects as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Associate Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
Professional with minimum 2 years of Customer Service and order processing experience, preferably in similar industry
Knowledge of import / export and L/C negotiation required
Ability to effectively manage customer base, have direct contact with customer and/or sales offices alike
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
A reliable, organized and meticulous team player with a positive mindset
Ability to multi task and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Additional Information:
Located in Walking Distance from Tanjong Pagar (MRT)
Working hours: Office Hours from Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, Office hours
Up to $3500 (Depending on experience)
Temp 6 Month Contract Convertible to Perm and Extendable Contract.
