Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years of age and above
  • At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
  • Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years
  • Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule
  • Average to excellent English communication skills
  • Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Unvaccinated applicants must be willing and have plans to be vaccinated
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per monthBenefits:
