Your Role and Responsibilities
Perform Level 1 Troubleshooting.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Should be able to speak and write fluently in English
  • Should be able to perform basic technical support
  • Able to work with VIPs and other resolver teams
  • Amenable to work on a client-based schedule and in any Kyndryl sites

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience in Service Desk is a plus.
