Job Description
Our client is a leading Chemicals MNC based in Jurong Island.
JOB SCOPE
- Assist sales team to create and maintain customer accounts on system
- Process customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders and regularly follow up with them
- Handle complaints and provide solutions
- Identify customers\' needs to ensure satisfaction
- Build long term relationships with customers to ensure trust with the company
- Work closely with sales team as required
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- Degree or Diploma in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or related Engineering field
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Customer service oriented
