Job Description


:

  • Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customer needs
  • Act as a key communication link between customers and workshop to assure responsiveness
  • Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
  • Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Any others adhoc job assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
  • Basic vehicle knowledge is required for this position.
  • Great teammate with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning
  • Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility
  • Preferably a valid class 3 driving license would be an advantage
  • Working Location: 37 Loyang Way
