Perform monitoring activities using tools provided as well as reviews of transactions flagged out.
Ensure that all tasks are completed/submitted in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within agreed timelines/SLA.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow-up of all client interactions
Handle ad hoc duties as required.
Job Qualifications
Minimum N-Level education with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Fast learner and good team player.
Demonstrates good communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., 4 days a week.
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
