Customer Service Specialist (Banking)
Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a leading bank currently looking for a 12 month contractor to join their team. This position reports into the Client review head.
Location: Pasir Panjang
Working hours: Shift work
Salary package: Basic pay + 1 month completion bonus
- Inbound call handling for accounts servicing, campaigns, product enquires, and helpdesk enquires
- Fulfilment follows through on case handling and with customer
- Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers enquires, transaction, requests, and maintaining confidentiality of banks and customers information

- Strong sense of drive and commitment to deliver on responsibilities.
