Job Description


About the position:The Executive Customer Service Specialist is primarily responsible for the liaising with DSV\'s customers and coordinating with the operation team, identifying customers issues and challenges, feeding these information\'s to the operation team and assisting them in achieving the service level as well as shipping documentation required.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with customers to fulfill their orders and shipments arrangement, investigate customers complains and stock discrepancies etc.
  • Liaise closely with the Operations Team to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and outgoing order/shipments.
  • Responsible for all Shipping Documentation and Permit Declaration.
  • Ensuring minimum response time to customer\'s queries or complaints.
  • Ensuring efficient and timely order processing and billing information; to assist in the month end closing for invoicing and accrual.
  • Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
  • Manage Customers\' inventory system (if any), and internal Warehouse Management System.
  • Provide Daily, Weekly & Monthly CS related Report.
  • Making sure that workplace safety rules & DSV Policy are being followed
  • Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
  • Ensure all customers\' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
  • To work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager in support of operations when necessary
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
  • GCE \'O\' Level/ Diploma, preferable specializing in supply chain or logistics.
  • At least 5 years working experience with no less than 3 years in supervising role.
  • Good understanding of WMS and Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Adaptable, Process & Detail-oriented, Organized with strong Customer-First and with solution sense.
  • Ability to handle stress, complex situations/cases, and difficult customers.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to follow, perform and maintain a good and positive performance in both housekeeping and safety related task assign by the management
