Adecco is partnering with one of the global leaders in the freight forwarding industry to support the expansion. The incumbent will be responsible for driving client growth in specific verticals, overseeing commercial partnerships for business account profitability while ensuring operational compliance with client SOPs.The Job:

• Engage with essential clients in the country to drive growth and assume responsibility for specific vertical
• The point of contact for clients within the vertical
• Oversee the commercial partnership with the designated account, ensuring the growth and profitability of the business accounts.
• Acquire shipment details and paperwork from clients to arrange shipments, including booking space, arranging pickups, and handling special requests like oversized, hazardous, or urgent cargo, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Compile shipment and customs clearance documents adhering to project-specific standards, ensuring timely release to all concerned parties
• Supervise and monitor daily operational activities, ensuring the loading process aligns with client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure that collection, shipping, and arrival dates align with client requirements

The Talent:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of at least Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics /Transportation or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relative work experience in the global logistics industry
