Our client is a leading provider of flow equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries. Location: Jurong Island Role: 12 months contract (Convertable/ Renewalable) Roles & Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month Schedule:
- Implement plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases.
- Manage Rapid Response Request (RFQ)
- Interact with Sustaining and Manufacturing to provide price estimation of RFQ
- Interact with colleagues outside Singapore plant to work on RFQ
- Communicate and manage tender requirements both internally and externally
- Able to quote simple technical changes in RFQ
- Update associated system, one-cat and SAP for changes in products that are engineered and manufactured
- Provide weekly/monthly report on RFQ Status
- Perform SAP invoicing transaction on completed RFQ
- Maintain Catalog Price in SAP
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant qualification.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point
- Experience with SAP system software would be advantageous
Contract length: 12 months Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
