Our client is a leading provider of flow equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries.

Location: Jurong Island Role: 12 months contract (Convertable/ Renewalable)

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Implement plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases.
  • Manage Rapid Response Request (RFQ)
  • Interact with Sustaining and Manufacturing to provide price estimation of RFQ
  • Interact with colleagues outside Singapore plant to work on RFQ
  • Communicate and manage tender requirements both internally and externally
  • Able to quote simple technical changes in RFQ
  • Update associated system, one-cat and SAP for changes in products that are engineered and manufactured
  • Provide weekly/monthly report on RFQ Status
  • Perform SAP invoicing transaction on completed RFQ
  • Maintain Catalog Price in SAP
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant qualification.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Experience with SAP system software would be advantageous
