Reporting directly to the Boutique Manager, you will be the face of our after-sales service, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesTechnical Assessments & Services:
Provide professional technical assessments and services for all after-sales service and repair needs, utilizing the expertise of the client\'s watchmakers and the regional Customer Service Centre.Request Prioritization:
Collaborate with the boutique team to prioritize all after-sales service and repair requests from customers.Timely Completion:
Ensure timely completion of all after-sales services and repairs within stipulated timelines.Customer Service:
Deliver excellent and personalized customer service to all customers in person, on the phone, and via email. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.Coordination & Communication:
Maintain smooth coordination and communication with both the retail team and customers for all services and repairs handled.Key Requirements
