The job holder will provide administrative and operational support to the Strategic Engagement Division, and to handle and respond to queries from members of public and party candidates in a timely manner.
You will also be involved in administrative work and other helpdesk services as required, to support the business functions of the organisation.
The job holder needs to have analytical skills to understand queries received through various service touchpoints and provide appropriate advice in accordance with existing guidelines and have strong writing skills to be able to craft professional replies to members of public and party candidates.
Requirements:
Service quality mindset, with at least 3 years of relevant customer service experience
Proactive team player with strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Prior working experience in the Public Service Counters will be an advantage
Must be prepared to work extended hours under pressure during the busy period
Contract Period: 11 months 29 days
Working Arrangement: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm
