  • Good working environment * 5 Days Work week * Location : Changi Airport * Attractive Salary Package Job: * Manage the reservations team * To effectively and efficiently answer tele Good working environment 5 Days Work week Location : Changi Airport Attractive Salary Package Job: Manage the reservations team To effectively and efficiently answer telephone calls and related functions To charge accurately for bookings Providing customer services by handling queries related to reservations Support operation in event planning and coordination Interface between operational staffs, suppliers and customers Manage and follow-up on customer requests and issues Maintain regular contact / rapport in understanding and anticipating customers To provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every client's request To handle overseas booking Maintain good guest relations with members and business partners at all times Consistently have a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times when on duty to both internal and external customers File all relevant documents and booking faxes into the appropriate files Take ownership of problem handle members' complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to the superior Any assigned duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
