About The Team The Customer Service Unit is responsible for driving a great consumer experience and also to make sure the client's wishes are processed accurately.
Responsibilities
The executive mandate for a Customer Service Supervisor is to be able to lead and supervise each subteam to ensure that the day-to-day tasks are completed smoothly and individual KPIs are met. To ensure success as a Customer Service Supervisor, you are expected to lead a team that contributes to the companys goals and objectives through prudent and tactful use of the following skills and activities: Coaching & Mentoring: Identify errors and coach team members to avoid incidences being repeated. Presents one's self as a role model according to the company values. Drives improvement in both productivity and quality output. Alignment Performance for Success: Accountable for performance objectives and ensures that all goals are met. Able to assess output trends and adjust targets as necessary to improve team performance. Delegation: Responsible for equal and efficient distribution of day-to-day tasks across team members, according to the team's individual capabilities, to guarantee that the work is properly delegated with the best possible output. Leadership: Must have good coordination and strong leadership skills: organization and management (of time, energy and priorities), results-oriented, and have foundational analytical skills. Team Player: You are expected to monitor and measure information, have trust & good relationship among peers and subordinates, the healthy assertiveness to follow up, and make decisions that are in line with the companys goals and objectives. Monthly reporting on key areas for improvement/optimization directly to the Head of Strategy and Sales.
Qualifications
You have at least 1 year of functional experience leading a customer service team. Prior experience handling B2B sales accounts are preferred, and experience within the fashion and luxury sectors would be considered a strong point. You have the ability to grasp assigned tasks quickly, shows genuine empathy towards others, and be flexible. Obviously, your English skills are amazing.
