Handle all customer enquires either face to face, through telephone at the counster.
Attend to customer or guest enquiry with upmost professionalism about information on Singapore with regards to transport, communication & places of interest.
Attend to the guests or customer's concerns.
Handle lost & found end to end process.
Generating daily closing report & all other related reports from various systems.
Verify all reports and documents and ensure that all information or documents are error-free prior to submission.
Understand what the management want, able to handle ambiguity. Work well with other colleague.
Handle and attend to government and regulatory enquiries and inspection.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Most guests are Malaysians, knowlege of Mandarin and Malay is essential.
Understand accounting terms and how to using accounting software eg. Xero.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Geogle Spreadsheets.
