Job Description


Our client is the custodian of Singapore\'s heritage where they are responsible for telling the Singapore story, sharing the Singaporean experience and imparting our Singapore spirit. Come join our divsersifed and dynamic team if you are passionate about Arts & Museums.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervisory duties of the existing team
  • Closing of counters and reconcilation in end of day sales
  • Management of escalation cases
  • Ensure smooth operations of the museum daily
  • Rostering & Deployment
Work Schedule: 5 working days including weekends & Public Holidays

  • Supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Service-oriented and customer centricity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to remain calm in stressful situation
  • Self-motivated and good teamwork
  • Working experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is a plus point
