Job Details:

• Location: Jurong West
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm & Sat, 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Salary: Basic up to $3600

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Customer Service Team, reporting to the Assistant Customer Service Manager.
• Initiate and oversee continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in processing and analyzing inventory and transaction data.
• Prepare relevant documentation and actively participate in customer audits alongside the operations and quality teams.
• Handle escalations from existing customers and address complaints as a second-level response.
• Collaborate with the operations team to compile specifications for procurement and sourcing.
• Participate in cost reduction efforts to achieve cost optimization for both customers and the organization.
• Identify and engage in the implementation of new systems to enhance process productivity.
• Attend and facilitate monthly customer meetings.
• Prepare meeting minutes and review KPI reports before presenting them in the monthly meetings with the customer.
• Verify billing summaries prepared by the Customer Service Officer.
• Review billing reports for accuracy and service agreements, while maintaining proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Possess customer service experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Experience in supervising and managing a team or handling multiple clients\' account would be advantageous
