Manage a team of Internal Sales Coordinators pertaining to the entire process of order fulfilment
Motivate, coach and mentor team members to deliver optimal results
Evaluate team performance and provide recommendations to the Head of Sales.
Projects Order Fulfilment – Ensure that there are sufficient resource(s) to support key projects order fulfilment; be responsible for the efficiency of projects order fulfilment
Requirement
Experienced in managing a team of Customer Service / Inside Sales.
Knowledge of pipes/ valves/ pumps or related technical products/services. Alternatively, having good network or related industries related to main/sub contractors, building technologies, water treatment, cooling industry will be preferred.
Competent in SAP system
Process-oriented mindset with the desire to improve processes that will drive the performance of the internal sales team
Customer-oriented mindset whilst maintaining the interests of the company
Responsible and dependable
Location East. 5-days work week
