Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with post-sales processes such as onboarding and training of clients.

Understanding the product and its features to guide clients on utilization.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Manage and address questions that clients raise.

Understanding customer concerns and assisting them to resolve the problems faced.


Desired Candidate profile

1+ year of experience – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge of MOM, CPF, and HR processes is a plus.
