Job Description
:
- Assists the Customer Care team in the handling of day to day customer service operations
- Handling of customer enquiries/feedback and carrying out these duties in a professional and positive manner.
Location: Newton
Contract Duration: Imm to March 2024
Salary: $12/H
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma Holder
- Relevant experience in customer service, including the use of enterprise customer Relationship Management and Call Centre Systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Strong knowledge in customer-related data analytics.
- Proficient in Excel
- Resourceful and a good team player
- Passionate about the Public Service and strong desire to serve the nation and the citizens
