Responsibilities

  • Understand the gaps from trainees; and collect feedback to continuously improve training courses.
  • Kick start and lead training efforts - including documenting training records and following post-training feedback, analysing and summarizing training activities to improve training quality.
  • Prepare analysis and reporting findings to operations and learning leadership teams.
  • Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms for new hire, refresher, and compliance learning programs (both instructor-led and self-paced eLearning courses).
  • Establish and consult on learner survey mechanisms, completion records, and assessment scores.
  • Conduct internal and external audits on required courses to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience working in the Analytics/Business Intelligence environment with focus in training analytics
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Experience in working with databases and relational data set solutions in a business environment.
  • Experience with survey tools and integration with learning systems and operational data.
  • Prior CS experience with exposure to cryptocurrency, blockchain or e-commerce, financial industry background is highly desirable.
  • Experience with setting short and long term OKRs to meet training needs for the organization.
