• Help promote Healthier SG (HSG) for one-stop counter
• Explain to patients on HSG mobile app, and benefits
• Assist on incentives management for patients who finish their P4P, HSG screenings and vaccinations

Details:

• 5.5 Days Office Hours
• 1 yr contract
• West: Bukit Batok, Clementi, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Pioneer, Queenstown, Jurong
• Government Setting
