Job Description
Requirements:
- Process delivery order/invoices, all delivery and collection arrangement
- Attending to call-in and email sales enquiries, order processing, and providing sales and customer support
- All coordination between sales and customers
- Issue and co-ordinate with sales and store for issuing sample to customers
- Update customers\xe2\x80\x99 quote record
- Record delivery/collection trips and general upkeep of company\xe2\x80\x99s lorry
- Any other duties as delegated by Head of Department
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Preferably min 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Customer Service will be an added advantage
- Portray a positive and helpful attitude to external and internal customers
- Computer and software skills (MS Office applications) and SAP preferrable
