Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete order management and planning for the Key Account.

2. Act as the primary customer interface for order management and responsible for processing customers' orders and order changes to achieve timely response and delivery to the customers.

3. Timely processing of sample orders for quick customer qualification.

4. Review and analyze customers' forecast and demand trends; develop supply/allocation plan and collaborate with Manufacturing Units to meet the customer's demand.

5. Coordinate with the Manufacturing Units, 3rd Party service providers, Customers and Customs on the logistics matters for smooth delivery to the customers.

6. Coordinate customer's returns, rework and process the necessary documentation such as RMA and Credit/Debit notes.

7. Follow up with the customers on inventory liability and disposition for the EOL program.

8. Track and maximize monthly billings to meet the sales target through meeting the delivery commitments and driving the Manufacturing Units to meet the Customer's request dates.

9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement new customer initiatives and requirements.

10. Identify actions and drive various internal functional groups to resolve the capacity issue and barriers to meeting customers' demands.

11. Review work processes for continuous improvement.

12. Build strong relationships and rapport with the customers.

13. Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements

Work Experience and Job Knowledge:

1. At least 5 years of working experience in the customer service administration job in the Electronics industry.

2. Familiar with MRP/ERP planning system preferably with QAD application.

3. Knowledge of demand planning and inventory management will be an added advantage.

4. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words applications.
